If your party is staying longer than 6 days at a cost of $120 for parking, beyond this is a cap cost of $140. So, if you stay beyond 7 days parking fee is $140 total. Please note that feeding of the feral cats on the Kaanapali Royal property is strictly forbidden. Onsite personal have recently observed that some guests are ignoring this policy. The cats are on property for pest control purposes to aid and assist with keeping rodents off property and not in any of the buildings. Therefore, please be conscientious of this strict policy and do not feed the feral cats. If any member of your party is caught feeding the cats, there could be fines issued from the association/onsite personal. So please do not feed the feral cats and enjoy your stay on Maui Island. If a guest does not abide by this rule and checks in early without the consent of the owner and if the house cleaner is present, please do note that the house cleaner will leave immediately!! If you arrive early and the house has not been cleaned, please then note that the house cleaner will not come to clean the house at all if you and or your guest are present on the property at the time of their arrival to clean the property. This is a strict policy to ensure the safety of the house cleaner and the guest. So please do not plan on arriving early to the house unless it has been agreed to by both you and the Landlord prior to your planned arrival date.
