Townhouse 4B is 2300sf, with the bedrooms on the upper level (each bedroom has an AC unit and its own bathroom), and the living, dining, kitchen on the ground level. There is a well equipped kitchen, laundry, TV/DVD, telephone, and a large front patio. This tends to be the perfect North Shore environment for couples or families wanting a somewhat nicer accommodation. Launch access for windsurfing or kiting (experienced only), fun for paddle boarding, and boogie boarding. - Gear storage - each unit has racks to store boards / sails. - Gated property to protect your privacy and security. - ON THE BEACH - not many north shore properties are really beachfront! - AND ANOTHER BEACH DOWN THE STREET - visiting with children? Pack the beach toys and take a five minute walk down Paani Place to Baby Beach. - Easy parking - there are two dedicated spaces for each unit. - Our Maui County rental permit allows us to accommodate up to six guests including all children. The entire 2300 sf of living space in townhouse 4B is for you! This is NOT a shared space, and the town house will be yours to enjoy when you're here. Great location - just a mile down the beach from Paia town, or a few miles in the opposite direction to Kahului (grocery stores, business center). - Just a little off of the beaten path - it isn't in the middle of 'vacation central', but it wouldn't take you long to get there if you wanted to. Kihei is a quick trip across the valley of the island (8 miles). - A rental car is highly recommended. When you quote the price here on the Airbnb site, it will show rent, tax, cleaning fee.
