Meaning the only thing that is shared is the yard, ocean facing lanai and beach access. My husband and I live in the other home on the property during the Winter months. During the summer we have a great property manager just a few homes over that can help you with anything you need. Home is perfect for those looking for a relaxing, exciting, perfect vacation. Tucked back in a quiet neighborhood with no road noise off the bike path.
