The facilities and pool will still be available to our guests to use. Noise will be created by the equipment being used, and sections landscaping will be affected temporarily. The work will be done in sections so as to create the least disruption to our guests. Just steps from the brown sugar sand Kahana beach you can enjoy our heated oceanside pool equipped with 3 outdoor gas barbecues, or just claim your own section of beach to relax, swim, snorkel and soak up the sun and views. F or your convenience, there are a few restaurants and shopping right around the corner for many of the smaller items. There is a public transit route right outside the building and the nearest bus stop is at the corner of Lower Honoapillani Rd. and Hoohui Rd. Please note: In Hawaii, as hosts we are required to collect and remit to the state of Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax 10.25% (as of 01/01/18), County of Maui Transient Accommodations Tax 3% (as of 11/01/21), and General Excise Tax 4.166% for all booking charges including the cleaning fee. (17.42%). The state taxes are subject to change without notice and we are required to charge our guests those taxes and remit them to the state of Hawaii and the county of Maui on their prescribed intervals. Please only use the access key in the lockbox to first access the unit and then return it to the lockbox as there will be multiple sets of keys in the unit. There are 3 barbecues for the guests to use. Depending on the weather conditions the beach in front of Hololani comes and goes and we, unfortunately, don't have control over nature. The booking guest must be 25 years old or older to book our condo.
