A manager is always just a quick call away should you have any questions or concerns during your stay. 5 acre property located on quiet country road. Should you prefer not to drive during your stay, local taxi services as well as a select few Uber and Lyft drivers are available. Up to 1 dog is allowed at the house but there is an additional pet fee of $56.50/night. Furthermore, we ask that the dog weighs 65 lbs. or less. If you'd like to bring a dog, please let us know at the time of booking, as we will have to send you a request for the additional pet fee after you book. Furthermore, please bring a crate for your dog and crate it in your absence from the house, do not allow the dog on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of its waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation. The hot tub is unavailable in June, July, and August. Please also be aware that during the months that the hot tub is available, that the hot tub only runs from 8 am to 11 pm. Please be aware that while the house does sleep up to 6 people, it is primarily intended for only up to 4 adults and 2 children. If you book for 6 adults, please make sure that 2 of them are comfortable sleeping in bunk beds.
