AVA’s Home Garden
AVA’s Home Garden is your retreat home away from the bustle of city life. Nested in a huge residential rural part of Dededo Village, this home is for those who want a lot of garden with quiet sitting area in the porch or by the playful swing or free use of bike to explore the neighborhood. The private sleeping room has its own entrance overlooking the front garden and surrounded by rich, luscious, beautiful plants and fruit bearing trees like avocado, mango, soursop, dragon fruit, and others. The room is private and has its own entrance separate from the main house. The room can accommodate a single adult or a parent and child who may sleep on a futon bed upon request. Air conditioning and wifi are great for just hanging out or for studying by the glass computer table overlooking the front garden. The French windows decked with well- appointed curtains allow both cool breeze and plenty of sunshine in the room. You can access the family kitchen and toilet and bathroom by entering the main house. Only registered guests can use these spaces. The backyard or front yard with trees is ideal for BBQ, or for children to play.. Guests may enjoy the variety of plants all around. Or they may choose to bike around the neighborhood or to the store by the main road entrance to Chalan Piga. Aida’s co-hosts Arsenio and Vilma live in the same building but with separate access and are always available to help. Both are very hospitable, helpful, and friendly. We give our phone number and other contact (WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger) to help make your stay a happy, safe, and memorable one. There are no other guests to interact with.
