This third floor unit has one of the best views of the Pacific Ocean on Maui. It is privately nestled away in Wailea and it is about 100 feet door to sand from the bottom of the staircase. The condo itself is decorated with the luxury and comfort of our guests in mind. It has two private bedrooms, each with their own separate bath. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, as is the BBQ on the lanai. The facility has a private pool and hot tub, as well as four tennis courts. We have owned this unit for over ten years and have just completed our second remodel of the unit. It was updated into a modern and contemporary unit with one of the best views on Maui. On the property there are four tennis courts, three pools, two hot tubs, an herb garden, and of course, a very secluded and easily accessible beach. Off the property, you are in the heart of Wailea with access to all the golf courses, restaurants, bars, shops, and beaches you could want on Maui. You will receive keyless entry to the security gate and unit. You will need to register your rental vehicle with security over the phone upon arrival to the unit. Owner is minutes away for any emergencies. You are advised to rent a car while staying on Maui. The feral cats that live in the Makena Surf are fully spayed. They are fed and looked after by the security staff nightly. They also assist hunting of pests, and security asks that if you choose to feed them in the garden, please give them only a little :)
