Waikoloa Village is a quaint neighborhood about 30 miles north of Kailua-Kona. It has a grocery store, restaurants, Ace Hardware, coffee shop, plus the Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Waikoloa Village is centrally located with quick access to beautiful beaches, or take a nice drive over Saddle Road to tour Hilo, the states oldest town. A Rental Car is Recommended. Hawaii is called the Big Island for a reason and it will take you a while to get to places, meaning a rental car is needed to see all the sights. While in Waikoloa Village, you can walk to the store or golf course. Once we receive your reservation we will send you a vacation rental lease agreement via email.
