NON SMOKING PROPERTY This well loved family home is stocked with all the comforts you will need to create a memorable vacation. The chalet is private with a beautiful forest view. Full access to the house. Just a short drive to the casinos (8 minutes), 3 blocks to the Heavenly ski lifts and a quick walk to the local grocery store (Tram Way Market) or the local watering hole (Fox and the Hound). We provide our guests with maximum privacy. We are available 24/7 if they need assistance, however we do not bother our guests during their stay. A letter of recommendation is given to suggest fun activities and good places to eat. Our neighborhood is in the forest. Close enough to the action filled nightlife if that's what you want but far enough away to not feel, hear or see that if you choose to just want to experience mother nature. Our home offers the best of both worlds. Public transportation is available and rideshare companys Uber and Lyft operate in Stateline, Heavenly shuttle operates during the winter season . In addition there is airport transportation service for a reasonable fee. Our home comes with 2 parking spaces in front of the house. The good news is there are only 12 steps to the front door. Close to Lake Tahoe Beaches, Resorts and Many Regional Hospitals. During heavy snowfall parked vehicles must be moved daily from all parking lots for snow removal or subject to towing by Summit Village. California state law requires ALL vehicles to carry chains from November 1 thru May and when snowy or icy conditions exist. Nevada state law requires all vehicles to have chains or snow tires during the same time and weather conditions. Always carry chains when heading to the high country as they may be required at any time. NOISE LIMITS: All activities associated with the vacation rental shall meet the general plan noise standards contained below. Quiet hours shall be from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. It is unlawful for any person to maliciously and willfully disturb the peace of any neighborhood, person, or family by loud or unusual noises or by tumultuous and offensive conduct, threatening, traducing, quarreling, challenging to fight, or fighting. (Ord. 1355, 2012; Ord. 1117, 2005) Be advised you may be criminally cited. PARKING: Parking is permitted in areas designated to the property or in approved hard surface common areas. Parking in undesignated/assigned areas may result in criminal citation and/or towing of the vehicle. SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the decks. Smoking can result in non-remittal of your deposit. Tampering with any smoke detectors may result in criminal citation. AMPLIFIED SOUND: Outdoor amplified sound shall not be allowed at any time associated with a vacation rental. PETS: Pets, if allowed by owner, shall be secured on the property at all times. Continual nuisance barking by unattended pets is prohibited. An occupant as a person responsible for an event, may be cited and fined for creating a disturbance or for violating other provisions of this ordinance; and failure to conform to the parking and occupancy requirements of the structure is a violation of this ordinance.
