The master bedroom has its own small lanai. The main lanai has seating for 6 and is typically where we eat all of our meals. It is a peaceful place to drink your morning coffee or have a sunset cocktail. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Our complex grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained. Our kitchen is well stocked with cooking/dining necessities. There are ceiling fans as well as additional fans in each room. Our elevation and location with frequent breezes keeps temperatures comfortable. Guest access includes the two bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, lanai's and wet bar, storage closet on lanai. Access to two pool/hot tub/BBQ areas within the complex. Our on island property manager can help guests with their concerns. This is our home away from home...please keep it clean and treat it with care. You are expected to clean out the refrigerator and take out the trash. Waikoloa Village sits on a hill overlooking the ocean. There is a nice local grocery market, several restaurants, a gas station, a golf course, tennis courts, and a community swimming pool (undergoing reconstruction at this time). There is parking for 2 vehicles at the complex. The best way to get around is by private car. The golf course and tennis courts and clubhouse restaurant are a short walk away. The grocery store is a doable walk but easier by car. Getting to the beach is done by car. Quiet hours in the complex are strictly enforced. No large parties allowed. Please be respectful of complex rules. There is no smoking in the condo or on the property---per association rules. Smokers can take a short walk up to the street to smoke. No littering please. Keeping screens closed at all times is important to help keep bugs out of the condo. Do not leave food/crumbs.
