This small, two-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet, historic apartment building 4 blocks from Helena's downtown district, 2 blocks from the Courthouse and Myrna Loy theater, 3 blocks from the Davis Gulch trail with access to Mt. Ascension, and 6 blocks from the Capitol. Set up for visiting professionals, it also provides comfortable accommodation for couples and small families. We offer significant discounts for weekly & monthly rental. The apartment has 2 new double-beds (firm mattresses) and a pull out couch for emergency guests. One of the beds has a softer memory foam topper. The temperature can be controlled in each room. The apartment has been recently renovated and the kitchen is stocked for your arrival breakfast. There are nearby grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. There is a singled dedicated parking space for one vehicle in the parking area directly outside the kitchen door. There is a coin-operated washer dryer and bicycle storage in a basement shared with other tenants. The location is ideal for anyone with business near the Capital or Courthouse who wants an easy walk downtown. Access to Mt. Ascension and Mt. Helena bike/hiking trails is 3 blocks from the building, and guests may use the basement for secure bicycle storage while in the unit. 30 minute drive to Great Divide ski area; 30 minutes to lakes and Missouri river fishing access points. This is a great place to park the car and walk or bike around the downtown area of Helena. (Locals call it The Gulch). There is a small, expandable desk/dining table in the living room, with a TV & Roku streaming box, and high-speed wifi. There are other tenants in the building and attentive neighbors.
