We built the villa five years ago next to where we live, and have just finished a total overhaul: new roof with insulation which makes the open spaces nice and cool even on the hottest days; lots of wood; all rooms and living space upgraded; kitchen, utilities, pool, and furniture; all pristine and newly furbished. The L-shaped villa is extremely solidly built. All four bedrooms are on the upper floor. Two of those bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and have king size beds. The other two smaller rooms - one with single bed and one with a double bed - will make use of the third bathroom which is located near the pool on the ground floor. It goes without saying that all bedrooms have air conditioning. The living room consists of a large covered but open veranda - with toddler-proof safety fences - overlooking the tropical garden, gazebo, and a large royal blue swimming pool. Internet connection is fibre optics with better than average connectivity. The large flat screen TV in the living area has a parabola link to MNCvision, with many international channels available. Downstairs is the kitchen with everything in it that you can expect from a good kitchen, with all utensils. A central console with bar chairs serves as dining arrangement. Outside on the terrace is another table for 'al fresco' dining . The beautiful deep blue 12 meter long pool is secured with a fence - safe for toddlers. There is a tanning yard with day beds and sun shade. In the lush garden you will find a beautiful lazy gazebo, great for afternoon naps. On the ground floor is also a two-car garage, and a utility room with washing machine, dryer and water heater. Hot water supply is special and revolutionary - it uses the temperature of the air to heat up the water - good for guilt-free long showers. A servant quarters is connected to the utility room, with separate entrance. The location of the villa is five minutes walk from the beach of Sanur, within easy reach of cool hangout places, bars, restaurants, coffee joints, quaint and beautiful spots, water sports and yoga clubs. Great for a morning stroll to find some coffee, or an evening sunset cocktail. Everything beautiful, everything new, everything works. You don't have to do anything domestically. Laundry will be done for you by our domestic staff. Dishes too. House cleaning and tidying up is done, as much as possible when you are at the beach or out for lunch, so as not to disrupt your privacy. A gardener keeps track of the plants daily. And the pool is kept clean twice a week. Moreover, there is a Balinese massage lady on call (she is really good). We do a complimentary pick up from the airport so that you are minimally exposed to that traumatic Bali arrival experience. You have access to all of the villa. No restrictions. The pool is exclusively for your private use only. Domestic help live on site and have their own entrance. We live next door, and are at all times available to assist with bookings, transportation, suggestions for excursions, etc. We fix things immediately in case something breaks down. Close to the southern end of Sanur's beach path, with nice and quaint cocktail bars, modest eateries, environment-friendly restaurants, water sports facilities, 5-star hotels, a beautiful yoga club made of all-bamboo, and many other attractions. You will be picked up from the airport, and whisked to the villa. At the airport arrival area our driver will be waiting for you, carrying a sign clearly showing your name. Can't miss. Further, at the villa we will assist with motorbike hire, arrange car with driver, and providing suggestions where to go sightseeing, or where to have that perfect candle light dining experience.
