We are on the 5th floor with an elevator & 2 lanais AMAZING ocean views Our unit is very light & bright. 17.417% tax needs to be paid directly to me since AirBnb does not collect tax in Maui We have a room air conditioner in the living room & ceiling fans in every room. We have everything to make your vacation wonderful from comfortable beds to beach chairs, towels, toys, umbrellas boogie boards & snorkel gear. Washer/Dryer All my reviews are positive & I am a premiere host . We are across the street from Kamaole Beach ! with a lifeguard and small waves perfect for kids. When we are their standing in the water turtles swim right next to you. There is parking at the beach and a park. You will have the complete use of everything at our condo no one else will be there it is your own private paradise. There is parking and an elevator and a checkin desk for any questions or help. Since we do not live on the island we are from another place in paradise San Diego our communication with you will be by email, text or phone. We have an onsite manager that is on the property guaranteeing that any problem you may have will be quickly resolved. Our neighborhood is family friendly with affordable restaurants and also some nicer more expensive ones.There are parks, beaches bike riding and other activities close by. You can see turtles swimming by while in the water at our beach. From December to May the whales migrate and you can see them from our lanai. We have taken a boat trip from the Pacific Whale Foundation and saw many whales up close well worth it. Our 5 year old grandkids enjoyed it too. Once in Kihei walking around is very easy and if you have kiddies to take to the beach just walk across the street and you are at one of the nicest beaches in Maui Kamaole 1 A car is probably necessary to get around outside of Kihei which you would want to do. We are within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, beaches and parks. We have a full size washer & dryer so you don't have to pack a lot of clothes and can go home with clean clothes.
