This vacation accommodation is the perfect beach house getaway for couples or small families. Each unit is configured to give maximum private quarters with private deck, kitchen, bedroom and BBQing areas. Nestled on the property are different lounge and seating configurations for you to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Kayaking, lifejackets and snorkelling equipment, and laundry facilities are available to use at no extra charge and free parking is provided right on the property. Within close walking distance is Merizo Pier, a great place to join the locals swimming and socialising. Accessible also are historic sites such as Fort Soladad, Faha Caves and fun hikes to Priest Pools or up Geus River. Guests have access to the front yard, driveway parking, boat ramp, water front, outdoor shower and all common areas including the laundry room (which is located to the rear left side of the building) Roisin and her family have lived in Southern Guam for several years and can help guests with their vacation needs or just answer questions as they arise. Merizo is the quintessential island village with quiet streets and friendly locals. The coastline is mostly undeveloped and the hills are still empty and green :) Located approximately 45-60 minutes from Guam Airport. You should rent a car if you want to see other parts of Guam. You can get a taxi from Guam Airport for approximately $90 and are advised to do grocery shopping at a larger supermarket in Agat or Hagana before driving down south. Limited items such as cereal and milk are provided upon arrival. Supermarkets in Merizo are small so we recommend that guests stop in Hagana or Agat for meat, fish or fresh vegetable stocks.
