PARKING - FREE: Maximum 4 cars allowed. 2 inside garage/2 on our driveway. STREET PARKING PROHIBITED: Violations are expensive ($500 per ticket). ACCESS TO ENTIRE HOME: Guests have access to entire home, laundry area, double-car attached garage, and private driveway for their exclusive use. We are located within a 3 minute drive to the Stagecoach and Boulder ski lifts at Heavenly Mountain Resort; within a 3 minute drive to the Chart House Restaurant with spectacular views overlooking Lake Tahoe; within an 8 minute drive to the Edgewood golf course along the scenic Lake Tahoe shoreline; and within a 10 minute drive to the casinos, hotels, shopping, and Heavenly Village & Gondola. Guests should rent a car to get around. PERMIT #DSTR1406P $300 nonrefundable Cleaning Fee applies. PETS: Max 2 dogs considered: Provide age, weight, and breed for consideration PRIOR TO BOOKING. CHAINS OR 4-WD/SNOW TIRES may be required to get up and down the mountain. Make sure your vehicle meets the road requirements before leaving home. RENTAL VEHICLES: Check with your car rental agency to ensure you meet these requirements. 4.) WEATHER - Check the National Weather Service for weather/storm information. ALL SEASONS: When the National Weather Service issues a Red Flag Warning for Reno, NV, guests cannot use our propane grill or propane fire pit. You may have additional daytime guests up to 16, as long as your group does not disturb the peace, create a public nuisance or park in the street. • QUIET HOURS: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time and are strictly enforced • PARKING ONSITE: NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED EVER. You may be fined a minimum of $500 per vehicle. Parking is only allowed as follows: 2 vehicles in our garage / 2 vehicles in our driveway. • PARKING IN TOWN: You are required to display a Parking Pass on your vehicle dashboard driver’s side at all times. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner/person responsible/in charge of the vehicle. • TRASH PICK UP: THURSDAY morning, as early as 6:00 AM. All trash and recycling must be placed in the bins inside the bear-proof box at the end of the driveway, with the door completely latched shut. Trash/Refuse must not be left or stored on the exterior of the property except from 6:00 PM Wednesday to 6:00 PM Thursday. • BEARS: Lake Tahoe is a bear habitat. Do not feed the wildlife. • INSPECTION: Occupants must make the property available for inspection at all times by the Community Development Director or a designee, the Sheriff's Office or the Code Enforcement Officer on a request made by any of these officials.
