All can be comingled. We encourage our guests to do their best to sort the trash & recycle where possible. Rental age restrictions: -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. -Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government-issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. -Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet*. *Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed.
