This unit is located on the 2nd floor of quiet building 3 at Maui Vista. This unit is accessible by elevator or stairs. You have a private lanai with garden view. Minimum age required is 25 years old. There is a maximum occupancy of 3 guests, 2 adults and 1 child 12 or younger. There are two beach chairs, two beach towels are available for your use. Maui Vista has 3 pools, 6 tennis courts and 3 BBQ areas on Property. It is just across the street from Charley Young & Kamaole I beaches. Minimum stay is 3 nights except Peak Season(Dec 15-Jan 5)-minimum stay is 10 nights Free, unassigned parking for one registered vehicle. Additional vehicles are $35 per stay. Parking permit is given upon registration with Maui Vista office. (Their Office hours M-F 8-4). If you arrive when the office is closed, please go to the Maui Vista Office located on the ground floor of building 1. There is a phone outside the office to contact Security. Security can issue a temporary parking pass. Please register with the office on the next day the office is open. Maui Vista Resort office is responsible for guest and vehicle registration ONLY. Please contact Maui Roost for all issues concerning the condo or your reservation. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap and detergent are provided for your convenience. It is your responsibility to replenish items for the remainder of your stay. We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. Violation of Resort or House rules may result in fines and/or eviction from the property without refund. Guests have access to the whole condo. There are beach chairs & beach towels available for use. Beach toys,(boogie boards, snorkel gear...) are not provided. These items may be left by previous guests, you are welcome to use at your own risk. This unit has an electronic door lock. Guests will receive arrival instructions and door code 10 days prior to arrival if they provide requested contact information. We're familiar with Maui and happy to help make your vacation memorable. Guests can ask us about local favorites & recommendations for dining and activities. Maui Vista is conveniently located in central Kihei. Beaches, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. Charley Young Beach is just across the street. Kamaole Beach I & II and The Cove are a short walk from Maui Vista. Kihei is very relaxed, diverse community. Many local residents live here. Condos offer the majority of vacation accommodations in this area. Large resorts and hotels are located in nearby Wailea and to the west in Lahaina and Ka'anapali. If guests are content to stay in Kihei area, there's no need to rent a car. There are shuttles available from the airport.
