This efficient and spacious apartment is in a brand new building with safe access and well-cared hallways; has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Please note about the parking: there is no private parking on-premises. Guests have access to the entire apartment. It is not shared by hosts or by other guests. They say there are two centers in Tbilisi: The old town, and then the Marjanishvili/Aghmashenebeli Area. This part has a beautiful, eclectic architecture of the 19th century. There are 5 theaters (3 drama, 1 musical comedy, 1 children's) within the walking distance, numerous places to eat well, and about 5 outstanding restaurants from our recommendation list. Metro Station Marjanishvili is 5 minutes walk. By crossing the bridge and walking up 15 minutes, you will reach Rustaveli Avenue. By walking right via the Marjanisvhili square, you will reach the dry bridge (in 10 minutes walk) and the old town (in 30 minutes beautiful walk). In short, you are where you need to be for your visit to Tbilisi. Due to proximity to all landmarks, you are perfectly fine by walking. However, you also have options of metro (Marjanishvili Station in 5 minutes), public buses or taxi. You have an option to park on the street; however, parking spots are limited. There is a self-check option, and we will be happy to provide instructions after you finalize your reservation.
