This beautiful one bedroom top floor ocean/pool view condo has been completely renovated with new kitchen, bath and flooring. It has a a king sized bed and fold out couch in the living room. More than 2 guests is $10. extra per night each. There is great a/c. It is on Alii Drive, within walking distance to restaurants, shops & beaches. There is a $140. Check out cleaning fee. We enjoy the great views from the lanai watching the sunset in the evening or enjoying morning coffee. The living room furniture is very comfortable for enjoying relaxing or watching a movie. We enjoy playing cards or board games at the dining table. The bed is very comfortable and is also a great place to watch a movie or the morning news. Our condo is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc. There is a complementary designated parking spot and additional across the street. We also have cleaning supplies & bathroom toiletries. We are following the Covid-19 guidelines on cleaning and sanitation between guests. This is a no pet, no smoking property. Enjoy the heated pool with rinse off shower, restrooms and a sheltered library with shared books. The barbecue area is very convenient too. There is a gate down by the ocean to go down on the rocks and feed the eels or try to catch a fish for dinner. There is also a bench ocean front for enjoying whale watching, sunsets and catching the green flash. It is a relaxing, tranquil place. Magic (White) Sands beach is about 2.1 miles south, Kahuluu Beach Park (for great snorkeling and surf lessons) is 3.2 miles south, Keahou Shopping Center is 3.3 miles south (with a grocery store, a variety of restaurants and shops, a movie theater, post office, etc.), Kona Market is 2.7 miles south and Banyon's is 2.1 miles south (great for watching surfing, a convenience store, nail salon and a great poke spot). There is a open air shuttle that comes by, or you could use Uber or a Taxi. There are also bicycles for rent across the street with drop off points along Alii Drive. There is also a fold out cube for someone to sleep on.
