From the second floor master bedroom, you can walk out on the deck taking a glimpse at the beautiful ocean. Each room has a 43" Flat Screen UHD Smart Cable TV for you to enjoy. When you feel ready, an ancient path will take you on a short walk to the secluded sandy Anini Beach. Excellent snorkeling and swimming spot, the beach is surrounded by a reef, making it one of the calmest Kauai beaches. The adventure awaits you in these sparkling waters full of tropical fish and green sea turtles, on this beautiful island of Kauai. The Townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of Princeville Resort at the Kauai North Shore, nestled between the breathtaking Prince and Makai Golf Course and adjacent to the 5 star resort of The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas. Being in Princeville also means being close to shopping, dining and numerous possibilities for various activities. Please note that there is no AC in the unit; none of these units have an AC and thus it's scratched off in the Amenities list. We do have large ceiling fans, as well as high efficiency floor fans in the unit. Once you book the place, you will receive driving directions from the Lihue Airport as well as check-in instructions (i.e. Entry access code, Internet access details, local property manager contact info and etc). You will have access to everything in the complex including the swimming pool. We have a property manager who lives in the same complex and will be happy to assist you timely with any issues or questions you might have during your stay. Princeville is a master planned resort community and a VDA (Vacation Destination Area), which means that it allows for the operation of short term rentals) on Kauai's north shore. It is situated on a bluff above the ocean with beautiful mountains as a back drop. It provides an easy access to many gorgeous beaches and hiking trails. Princeville has it's own shopping center and multiple dining choices suitable to any taste, which makes it an ideal location for your vacation. Hanalei, which is a famous surf town and home to the beautiful Hanalei Bay is also just 2 miles away. You can walk to Anini and Princeville Shopping Center. There are numerous beaches just short drive away. Hanalei Town and Hanalei Bay are just short 2 mile drive from our Townhouse. You can also just walk to the next door's 5 star resort of The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas for a cocktail, great food at Nanea restaurant or just enjoy the unobstructed ocean views and watch the whales play when in season. We kindly ask you: Please do not leave food out on counters, floor etc, including leftovers from the night before. Open food invites ants and other Hawaiian critters. All food should be in the fridge or in closed, sealed bags if it's out. Please clean the BBQ by letting it burn for about 5 min on high, after cooking and don't forget to turn it off afterwards. Please put back all beach gear in the closet as you found them and rinse them off from any sand. Please don't put clothes in the washer that have sand on them - hose them off outside first.
