You will have a modern appartment in the middle of a field oasis, surrounded by trees and pure air and 2 blocks away from the most important malls of the city, with easy access to transportation and groceries/ entertainment facilities. The appartment is comfortable, has 3 available rooms (1 in suite) with access to the balcony, 2 restrooms, living & dinning room and independant kitchen with a small daily use table. It has Elevator and all facilities for kids to play in the central park of the condominium while you keep an eye on them from the terrace. You can access the gym and all building facilities I will be available myself or keep always a close friend to attend you during your stay The location is amazing, it's a unique condominium the most modern of the city in the middle of an oasis field surrounded by trees but just in a walking distance from the most important Mall in Cajamarca where you will find shopping,restaurants & food courts, cinema, kids playing spaces among other facilities Walking distance from public transportation and Taxi center of the mall. Taxis are already available by phone, will take only 5 minutes to arrive and are very cheap. You will have all the facilities of 2 shopping malls at a walking distance (few steps) from the apartment If you need a regular cleaning service, it will be available for 30soles per day based on reservations.
