I’m living in this house too. Around 500 meters from “Hong Ik university station(gate No.1)” 6-7 mins from station, shopping area by walk. Private room and bathroom. Shared living rooms and kitchen. The check-out is at 11 a.m. My cleaning lady comes and finishes cleaning and preparing by 2 p.m. And you can check-in after 2 p.m. If you want to leave your luggage before check-in, you can leave it after 10 a.m. You can also keep your luggage in my living room after check-out. If you open to relationship with other people in your trip, I think this place is pretty good for you. :) If you need any information about korean trip I will help you as much as possible. Go straight and turn right at the “line store.” And then keep going straight and turn right at “Paris Baguette.” If you walk about 70 meters more, there is my place across the street.
