Recently renovated 1337 square feet private basement apartment with separate entrance with 2 bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen) and a pull-out sofa bed (Queen) and 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a coffee/tea bar. Living room has a large Samsung LCD Smart TV. The 2 bedrooms also have Smart TV's. Near The Mall of Georgia (4.7 miles) and Infinite Energy Center (about 8 miles). Inviting guests not allowed unless they are in your reservation. No smoking. The renovated guest house is in the basement of a ranch house in a quiet subdivision. The living room has a Samsung LCD Smart TV and each bedroom is equipped with Smart TV's as well so if you have a Netflix, Hulu, or AmazonPrime account, you can bring your Login/Password information so you can watch your favorite movies or shows on it. You will have your own laundry room with a washer and dryer. Master bedroom is in a separate suite with a bedroom connected by a hallway to a walk-in closet and large bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living room also has a pull-out sofa bed. A pack-and-play for infants is available as well as a high-chair. It also has a screened in porch with outdoor furniture. Every mattress including the fold-out sofa mattress has been covered with protective encasement so you can sleep with the peace of mind knowing that you are protected from bed bugs, liquids, and allergens. This also goes for every pillow in this house as well. This is a no smoking unit. Also, this unit may not be used to entertain other guests that are not in the reservation. Quiet times are from 10pm-7am. No professional photography or videography permitted. Inviting guests to the unit is not allowed unless they are in your reservation. Note: there is one security camera installed on the outside of the house which has recording capability (but no security cameras inside the unit). You have the entire basement guest house to your self including the screened-in porch. You will have your own separate guest drive-way for parking on the right side of the main drive-way. You will have your separate private entry with security code door lock. You may reach the host or his wife for any needs. We do live in the Atlanta area but may not always be available in person. The host's mother lives on the floor above the basement guest house so if there are any urgent needs she will be able to help as well. The house is near a park with a nice lake and children's playground and walking trail which is only 3 minutes by car. There is a public library which is walking distance from the house. No smoking policy: An additional $250 fee will be enforced for guests who smoke in the unit. Also no professional photography or videography permitted. Using the space to entertain outside guests or to host events are not permitted. Guests not listed on reservation may not visit.
