The theatre has seating for 5 and the couch pulls into a queen bed which makes the theatre another separate room if needed. Below the theatre, a kitchen stocked with a spacious refrigerator and deep freezer, seating 8+ guests, an oven, microwave and large hotdog roller as well as 65 inch smart TV. Connected is a half bath and laundry area. The garage is connected to the kitchen and laundry areas both and big enough to park 4 cars, it also has a ping pong table and Bluetooth sound system that connects with the press of a button. On the other side of the building a spiral stair case leads up to a spare bedroom with an amazing view of the pool from the large lounge area featuring two couches that could easily sleep three people apart from the bed. The southern facing skylight brings a refreshing wake up for the early birds among the group. The pool area is located directly in the middle of the barn. The heated pool “84 degrees” measures 18ft Wide 38ft long with a depth ranging from 3.5 to 6ft. The fountain is quite large and is fully operational with a blue on/off valve located in kitchen bathroom. We have updated the sound systems in the house, the poolroom, garage and theatre they are all Bluetooth.
