Maui county License: STPH2013/0023 (rate includes tax) Lovely two story 2 bedroom, 2 bath home just outside of Paia town and 5 minutes walk from the beach. The property has 2 vacation homes with a shared ocean front garden area. The shoreline is rocky and the property does not offer access to the ocean. The views are spectacular and the home has a central AC to keep hot summer nights comfortable. The property is located on Hana Highway, a two lane road, some air traffic noise has to be expected. The large living room opens up to the balcony with stunning ocean and sunset. The bedrooms are spacious and the central air condition keeps the home cool during our hot summer months. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher has everything you need to prepare your own meals. Guest are sharing the ocean front garden area with the ocean front home. Access to the garage and laundry will be provided. Laundry will be used by our professional cleaning staff when needed. The ocean front side has a drop and the shore line is rocky. There is no ocean access from this property. I am always available via phone and for emergencies 24 hours. My office is located in Paia town, open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. We are happy to assist with car rentals and activity bookings and general information. The neighborhood is residential. Most homes are occupied by Maui residents, living and working full time on the island. The next beach is within walking distance (shoulder along Hana Highway). Maui's bus service is limited and I am recommending to rent a car to see all the beauty this island has to offer. The Hale Ho'okipa Kai property is a licensed vacation rental with Maui County. Maximum occupancy is 4 guest including children 2 years and older. Use of the property and home is for registered guests only. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, parking is available for two cars, there is no street parking available. A rental agreement has to be signed within 7 days of booking including pre-check in form requiring a valid credit card in your name. Rates include taxes (17.42%), there are no additional fees. Minimum stay during Holiday Season is 14 days. This is a non-smoking property. 3rd party reservations are not accepted.
