Our apartment is in the most popular neighborhood of Reykjavík, Vesturbær. A walk to downtown area is just 15-20 min and a wonderful walking path on the shoreline starts here. Also: a swimming-pool, coffee-house, restaurants, bakery, gourmet food-stores and friendly neighbors! Our apartment is just renovated. We put in a new kitchen and new floor material. We also improved the feel by cutting out walls in two places all the way up to the ceiling, which results in an open and bright atmosphere The whole apartment is for you: large living-room, kitchen and 2 large bedrooms Our part of town is like a little village, very quiet but also very close to downtown. Just outside our house is the seashore and there is a spectacular view of the mountains to the south and east. A stroll on the seaside in sunny good weather is a blissful experience! A Bus stop is right near to our house Free parking is readily available in front of or house or very near-by on both sides of the street. (Just do not park in the passage ways on the sides of the house, as the one on left leads to houses behind ours and the one on right leads to our garage.) A pick-up point for travel-agencies is at Hotel Radisson Saga, which is less than 1 km from our house We offer free WiFi, Apple TV and Netflix
