The guest pod is separate, but within the main house structure. It is an all-in-one suite with a bedroom, living room, bathroom, small kitchenette and large closet. It has its own entrance in the interior court facing the garden and fish pond. Bright and airy, with high ceilings, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, there are Levolor shades for privacy. Enjoy a snack or breakfast outdoors at the bistro table or amuse yourself by playing those old forgotten piano lessons on a beautiful grand piano. Mark will be there to meet you and show you around the guest house, but for the remainder of your stay you can enjoy your privacy. If you need anything Mark or Lynne are usually around the area or in their office pod to answer questions or otherwise assist you. Located on the island of Rota, in Teneto Village on Sasanjaya Bay, just a block up from the ocean. It is a quick 5 minute drive to Songsong Village where grocery stores, restaurants and a gas station are located. Less than a mile from the downtown off Songsong the main village. Quiet neighborhood. There are no taxis or public transportation. You will need a rental car, which are available at the Rota Airport. You can walk everywhere and the village of Songsong with shops and restaurants is less than a mile from our Airbnb. Parking is easy everywhere you go.
