We have another 1-bedroom unit in the same house that directly faces the ocean. The other ocean-facing unit is listed on Airbnb-6302372 Stairways on side of house. This is not a party house - Hawaii has a tropical environment and therefore has bugs. We continually treat pests as do hotels and condos in Hawaii. However, these pests occasionally enter regardless of our efforts. They fly in and they attach to objects brought into rental units. We cannot guarantee that you will not encounter any bugs or insects during your stay. We will not refund any rental funds based on pest complaints. - We have never had a security problem.
