This apartment has mauka (mountain) and city views. Renovated in 2018, this 11th floor, 427 sq. ft. studio has all new furnishings and household goods. Full kitchen features white wood cabinets and quartz countertops which includes a stainless steel full-size refrigerator w/ freezer, electric range with oven, and microwave. This apartment has city & mountain (mauka) views. Electric tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and rice cooker are available as well as a full set of dishes, cookware and kitchen essentials to help whip up that perfect meal. Comfortable and new Queen size bed is firm (not too firm). The room features black-out drapes. Two nightstands each with lamps & USB power adapters so you don't have to crouch and look for outlets for chargers. Bedside outlets also have 2 USB ports & 1 three-prong outlet. The loveseat is cozy for reading or catching up on your favorite shows. The Smart TV has built-in Netflix and HDTV package with premium channels & DVR, so you don't miss your favorite shows! High-speed WiFi delivers up to 400 Mbps for all of your streaming needs or to catch up on work. This studio features an updated central A/C for your convenience. There is a trash chute (open 7am - 10pm) at the end of the hall and easy elevator access directly to your floor. Enjoy a hotel experience without the high price tag. There is parking on-site in the attached garage. Parking is $28 per day with in and out privileges. They accept credit cards only. Prices subject to change without notice. The laundry facility is located on the 8th floor. You will need to download an app in order to use the washers and dryers. Please note we cannot accept mail or parcels. Monthly pest control is mandatory. Quarterly AC service is mandatory. There will be occasional water shut-offs in the building on Thursdays. Water shut-offs are from 9am - 12pm. Advance notice is posted in the elevator at the building. We do not provide daily housekeeping. This apartment has mauka (mountain) city views. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. We do not live on-site. The unit is secured via an electronic lock, codes are changed after every guest. We can be reached via telephone, should any issues arise. If you are renting a car, there is parking available at Ilikai Marina. There is a parking garage attached to the building. It's to the right of the front entrance on Hobron Lane - which is off Ala Moana Blvd. It'll be right after Red Lobster once you turn the corner. There is an $8 rate for 10 hours in the garage. That's the cheapest option for a couple of hours. There is a day pass available for $23. You must pay with cash or credit card before entering the garage. There will be an attendant in the booth. Otherwise, it's $4/30 minutes. Uber and Lyft are very easy to request from this building. There are also bus stops on Ala Moana Blvd, which is half a block away from the building. Ala Moana Center and Ala Moana Beach Park is a 0.5-mile walk. Across the street is a large ABC store where you can pick up food, beach, and toiletry essentials. Connected via a bridge is The Modern Honolulu hotel, which has The Grove Restaurant & Bar as a great drink and dining option. There is also the Prince Waikiki Hotel next door, which has several great drink and dining options including 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar, Katsumidori Sushi Tokyo, and Honolulu Coffee Company. In the lobby of Ilikai Marina, there is The Chart House and the Harbor Pub which have been around for decades. Red Lobster is also connected to the Ilikai Marina. Waikiki is also within walking distance, which is home to countless shops and restaurants. The Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park are 2 miles away. Kapiolani Park has a running path around the park that is very popular. Waikiki beach is located across the street. If you're keen to picnic, pick up sandwiches and drinks at Tucker and Bevvy and walk across the street to the beach or park.
