This studio apartment is located in the heart of Waikiki. We are only a block and a half away from beautiful Waikiki beach, which is about 1.5 minutes walking. The building is easily reached from the airport by a shuttle or taxi. The studio has been newly remodeled with a brand new bathroom, granite counters, beautiful new flooring. We also added black out curtains for added comfort. This studio sleeps up to 2 people. Enjoy the ocean, Diamond Head, City and mountain views during the day and beautiful, romantic city lights at night. Building also has a heated rooftop pool, sauna and Jacuzzi with panoramic views. World class shopping, lots of different dining options and the newly redesigned International Marketplace are all within walking distance. Right across the street from the Pacific Monarch there are multiple convenience stores and many restaurants to choose from, such as steak houses, Mexican, Japanese and Italian restaurants, coffees and other eateries. Free WIFI The building and the entire neighborhood is very safe. There is a 24 hr front desk, should you need any assistance during your stay. The Bus stop is just steps away from the lobby. You can take the bus pretty much anywhere on the island, it is very convenient. PARKING Covered parking is available in the building, for a daily rate of $30, payable at the parking kiosk or front desk. Parking rates are controlled by building management and may change without notice. In addition to the studio apartment, you can access all common areas, such as the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub and the newly renovated hospitality deck, that features a pool table, TV’s, work stations, a mini library.
