The Stay Awhile House is on the corner of Avenue M and 7th Street, which both end within two blocks at a boat launch. And, the u-shaped driveway at The Stay Awhile House has room for both a car and a boat. The kitchen has butcher block countertops, custom-built cupboards, and updated appliances. Throughout the house the furniture is a mix of old and new: Zinus memory foam beds and two comfortable couches, with vintage hardwood furniture finds and plenty of lamps and throw pillows. The house has a full-size washer and dryer tucked in by the bedrooms and bathrooms. The two screen porches are both furnished, and the landscaped yard includes a portable outdoor grill. Wi-fi and basic cable are provided.
