Short walk to the beach (6 minutes, door to sand!), restaurants and shopping! **Construction in the lot next door as of Fall 2022 with noise permit hours of Mon-Fri 7a-6p, Sat 9a-5:30p. This can consist of back up beeps and other equipment noise. So far the start time and type of noise varies and if you are up with the sunshine and out and about, it's not an issue. If you need more quiet, closing the windows and turning on fans/AC will assist. We have 2 reserved parking spots a short walk to the unit. We are about 20-25 min from the airport, depending on traffic. This is a quiet complex and several of our neighbors reside here full-time and work daytime hours. It is incredibly important to us that our guests agree to practice aloha and respect and adhere to the quiet hours of 10pm-8am and keep the doors closed during that time if need be.
