Wonderful Resort 3bdrm Townhome - Great Location! Fairway Villas M1 - This two-story three bedroom, three bathroom unit can accommodate up to six guests. It has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom (both located upstairs), and two twin beds in the third bedroom (located downstairs). The living room features a TV and DVD player. The sitting area upstairs has a beautiful wood desk and the lanai offers beautiful fairway views and views of the Kings' lake. Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Built in 2003, the Fairway Villas are contemporary Hawaiian Plantation town homes located across the lake from the King's Shops. All units offer an island-style feeling appropriate for the plush setting of Waikoloa Beach Resort. All guests who stay at the Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will have access to use the communal pool & hot tub, communal gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis) and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. The Fairway Villas is a non-smoking property. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax on the rent and additional fees. Tax rates are based on the dates of your stay and guests are responsible to pay all applicable taxes levied by the local authorities should there be a change.
