The building have two elevators , one function in shabbat control over shabbat , chagim and yom tov. Electricity use include in price up to 10$ a day, guests pays any charge above. the average use is below 10$ a day and exceeding that can be caused if guests leave Air con or Heating on even when they are not present in the apt. Weekends are Friday to Sunday and for such we charge two nights .
