Centrally located in Mammoth Lakes, right next to the Sierra Star Golf Course on Meridian Blvd. It is an easy drive or you can take the free shuttle located across the street, which takes you straight up to the Mountain. The condo has a mountain cabin feel. There is a lot of natural wood. The flooring is a mix of carpet and tile with area rugs. Please view the pictures and read the descriptions, I don't want you to be disappointed. The bunk beds are situated in a small nook approximately 7ft x 6.5ft with double doors that close and a small closet. It's a very popular and common floor plan in Mammoth, but it is not a full size second bedroom. Enjoy a warm, cozy fire and use the Roku, cable or your favorite DVD on the 48" big screen TV. There is wi-fi throughout the condo and plenty of space at the dining room table or breakfast bar to work. The Master Bedroom has a queen bedroom set, the hardwoods of which were imported from Australia. There is a 32" TV with cable, Roku and DVD. There is also a sofa sleeper that makes into a queen bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has been upgraded with tile countertops/flooring and stainless steel appliances. Everything you need is here to fix a family meal or make a quick snack on-the-go. Perfect for a family of 4 to 6 people. When making your reservation please be sure to include the correct number of guests and dogs as that will affect your final price. Sorry cats are not allowed, even mine. The key is in a separate central area that is monitored by cameras. I don't use door locks with codes as most of those types of locks are not safe and easily picked. They also fail and leave guests and owners out in the cold. The condo is centrally located in Mammoth Lakes, right next to the Sierra Star Golf Course and within walking distance of The Minaret Shopping Center. Located on Meridian Blvd, It is an easy drive to Eagle Lodge or you can take the free shuttle bus located across the street. Situated in a park-like setting, fragrant tall pine trees surround the Sunshine Village complex. Enjoy a stroll around the complex, play a little tennis or a game of pool, use the sauna or enjoy a dip in the swimming pool (seasonally) or jacuzzi (year round) There are amenities to keep you busy in every season. Towels and linens are included. 1 well trained dog is allowed but there is a $38 pet fee to help with extra cleaning and wear and tear. Please contact me if you have more than 1 pet. The following dogs or any part or mix there of are not allowed at the condo, if you are unsure please ask. If your dog has a history of biting it is also not allowed at the property. Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Wolf hybrids, or any dog with a history of biting. The complex has large mature trees and is pleasant to walk around. It is a clean safe neighborhood close to town but has a rural feel. The town bus service stops outside and allows access to most of town and the ski resort and bike park. Pet's are welcome please contact me before booking. There is a $35 pet fee. The bus stop is right outside the complex. There is a great free bus service that can take you around most of town. The town trolley runs until late at night and is great if you want to eat out but don't feel like driving. The condo is close to the Von shopping center and numerous restaurants and services are close by. There is a bike shop in walking distance that rents bikes and ski's. Regrettably guest have been leaving behind unwashed dishes and trash. If there are dishes left to clean or trash left behind there will be a $50.00 minimum charge. All dishes need to be washed or started in the dishwasher ( that means rinsed off and started) any other dishes that don’t fit inside the dishwasher needs to be hand washed before vacating the property. ALL trash should be bagged and taken to the dumpster. Please turn down the heat, close the windows and blinds and curtains and turn off any lights before you leave. Don't forget to put the key back in the lockbox. The $50 fee is a direct expense from the cleaning company I will simply be passing this easily avoided penalty on to the offending party.
