Fantastic views of both islands of Lanai and Molokai plus all the fantastic beach activities make this a perfect vacation destination. Noise could be heard depending on the area where work is occurring. The condo lanai will not be available during the time that the work is being done on the lanai. Weather and other factors affect the work schedule for the project so condo work dates are subject to change. The resort has a gym, hair salon, and onsite gift shops and small grocery store. There is a fee for use of the gym. We are residents of Maui and can provide immediate assistance if needed for any maintenance needs. Convenient location with full size grocery store, restaurants and shops directly across the street from the resort. Maui has a good public bus system if you choose not to rent a vehicle. The resort charges $9/day for parking paid directly to the resort.
