Deluxe 2 Bedroom Condo with Ocean Views
This is the condo that you and your family want to stay at on Maui. It's located in Kihei on the west side of the island just 150-yards from one of Maui's most famous white sand beaches - Kamaole Beach Park III. Completed remodeled from floor-to-ceiling in 2016, my two-bedroom + loft condo is over 1,200 square feet, boasts full unobstructed ocean views, and comfortably sleeps up to six people. My condo also boasts a full chef's kitchen fully stocked with bamboo cabinets, granite counter tops, pendent lights, and all new appliances - dish washer, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser/water filter, microwave and smooth top stove/oven. All appliances are very high-end brushed Pewter. The living area has vaulted ceilings with a large beautiful ceiling fan and light. For furnishings, there is a large sectional and chaise lounge, lounge chair, coffee table, end tables, large screen HD TV, and kitchen table. There is also a bluetooth speaker/stereo in the living room. Guests will receive an electronic door code that will give them in and out access to my condo for the entirety of their stay. Finally, my condo is located in the Hale Kamaole which boasts two pools (one pool is about 150 feet from our unit), tennis/pickle ball court, and large BBQ area (gas & charcoal). Entire property is beautifully manicured with lush landscape and expansive green belt. Central office for guests that also has tourist consultant onsite every day. A conch shell is blown at sunset each evening to create a true sense of Hawaii. Hale Kamaole is located in the heart of south Maui's resort district with the finest beaches, restaurants and shopping in close proximity. We have a fully stocked activity closet with tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for kids including floaties. Because sometimes items are misplaced, taken, or damaged, I cannot guarantee any equipment will be there, but I do my best to replace items as needed.
