The flat The flat is clean, recently refurbished throughout with wooden flooring in the lounge and new low pile carpets throughout which is useful for people that have an active beach based lifestyle. The lounge is large, light and comfy with a large sofa - able to accommodate 5/6 people. Some would say the kitchen is small, I describe it as “compact”, with an electric hob, electric fan oven, baking trays, chopping boards, cooking utensils and the typical white goods you would find in a traditional kitchen. A washer drier is available for your use. Both bedrooms are double bedrooms, as pictured. There is a hoover underneath the ottoman bed in the master bedroom. An iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also on hand for your use. Although everything will be clean on arrival, fresh linen and towels can be found in the wardrobe draws. The tiled bathroom has electric shower installed and a fully functional bath. Smart electric oil filled radiators also installed throughout for your comfort. Guest access Access to the flat is via a secure communal door to the building- keys will be provided on arrival.
