Villa Dharma has been build according to Tropical Architecture design standards: high ceilings, thatch roof, wooden shutters doors and windows that fully open toward balcony to guarantee natural ventilation and enjoy a real tropical living experience. The Villa is perfect to accommodate a large family, couples and small groups The 60 sqm ground floor come with a full equipped kitchen opening to the terrace and the garden; a bathroom with tropical shower and a 15 sqm living with a double bed sofa. The living open on a 15 sqm A./C bedroom with 2 single bed. This room also lead you to the garden and a roofed patio for relaxation and readings. The first floor is a big 70sqm open space with a queen size bed and 2 optional sofa single bed for kids. The room open on 2 sides to a large red tiled terrace with a Tropical Bed facing the sea and the mountain. The second more intimate terrace lead to a tropical bathroom build in red clay and with an Apsara wooden door. Both terraces invites on peaceful readings and meditative thoughts. An old Pioneer Stereo Hi-Fi next to the workinmk station will help you find the right mood. In the garden you will enjoy the shared pool and a private green area with a large iron table for a dinner under the stars. An outdoor additional patio for massage and outdoor relax is provided with 2 traditional Khmer beds. Guests have access to the private pool shared between our Villa and Villa Ananda . Being a shared pool, the guest are requested to proof their sharing abilities and friendly attitudes! The Villa is doted with a Free WiFi and parking. Showers have hot-warm water. Air fans are find in all Villa's spaces. Ground Floor's bedroom is also with A/C, while the master bedroom have a Honeywell Cooling Machine in the very rare case of extreme heat . We do also offer 2 mountain bikes with baby seat free of charge. Guest will be welcomed by the site manager, Mr. Sokhim and his wife Chenda. They will assist for all need, and can provide tourist information, tips on the best restaurant and massage best outlets, doctors, pharmacists and banks.. They can prepare the breakfast, meals and BBQ just for you, using fresh local ingredients. Vegetarian choice delivery is available from other nearby outlets. Massage can also be request at the Villa, while private Yoga'sessions need to be request and book prior to the arrival. The Vagabond Yoga Retreat is at just 300 meters from the Villa. Villa Dharma is right at 150 meters from the Kep National Park, where trekking and walks' lovers can experience a real tropical forest encounter. Less than 1 km you will find the first access to the sea at the beautiful Knai Bang Chatt Sailing Club. Several restaurant and guest house are also at walking distance - Masada Resort; Tara Lodge; The 13th Spanish Restaurant , as well as the famous Yoga Vagabond Retreat . Despite other areas of Kep, the main access road have public lights. The main Kep's beach is at 2 km from the Villa and can be easily reached by walking, tuk tuk or bike. You will find there lot of facilities such Restaurants, Pharmacy and a French Bakery. Kep Beach have been recently refurbished with new fine withe sand and it is almost desert on week days. The pier for the beautiful Rabbit Island can be reached by Tuk Tuk in 10minutes. Angkul Beach, also called The Secret Beach is a undeveloped stretch of sand lined with coconuts at 20 minutes drive from Kep toward the Vietnam border. Following the road to Vietnam in the village of Angkor Trach, you will find the Limestone Caves that are famous for containing one of the few Giant laid Buddhas that have not been destroyed by the Khmer Rouge. Beautiful cinematic landscapes with salt and rice field are all around Kep and can be visited on a half day trip by bike or Tuk Tuk. Kep main Buddhist Monastery and Pepper plantations visit are a must . Ask our manager Mr. Sokhim to organize a trip for you!! Finally for Yoga practitioners we are just 100 meters from Vagabond Temple Yoga Retreat ! Our manager can purchase for you the tickets for other touristic destination in Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam, as well organize Taxi transport from and to Phnom Penh or other destinations in Cambodia. Vietnam border is at just 20 km, while Kampot at 15 and Sihanoukville and his beautiful islands at just 90 km and 1 hour drive thanks to the new road Kep-Kampot-Sihanoukville, which run throughout what is considered by many between the best landscapes in Costal Cambodia. Sihanoukville do now have an International Airport with direct flight to Malasya, China and Siem Reap/Phnom Penh. Cars can be parked inside or outside outside the Villa premises. Kitchen is full equipped and you can find basic ingredients such sugar, salt, kitchen soap, etc. Daily cleaning and cloth washing machine service is not included but can be requested under cheap fee to Chenda during your stay. 2 mountain bike Asian Size with baby seats are available for free at the Villa.
