The house is in an older community next to World class and famous Ko Olina Resort, home of Disney Aulani, Four Seasons Hotel, Marriott Vacation Club with awesome 4 lagoons, fine restaurants and Marina. You have a local living by the world class resort. Has an ocean view from the 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and mountain view from the large deck. Pls note: For more than 7 guests a $13/person is added daily. The house is a 2 floor. Both has each private entrances and no commingling between the 1st and 2nd floor. 3 bedrooms upstairs is what is being rented for guests. It has its own deck, kitchen, living area and bathrooms. What is unique about this place is the huge deck overlooking the Ocean and mountain. The deck is a great place to host a family party and friends. The rooms are comfy with individual AC and Ceiling fans for each rooms. Guests has access to the whole of Second floor including the deck, the Laundry area, Garage and Wash apps operated dryer located at the garage. Neighborhood is an older community but we have an access to the beautiful and world class resort in Ko Olina lagoons. new shopping area at Ka Makana Alii Shopping Center and entertainments which is about 3.2 miles from the house The house is a walking distance to the 2 Bus stops which is about 0 .4 mile walk. CAUTION: the deck and front lanai can be slippery when wet or when it rains as reported by a guest, so be careful when walking.
