A lovely area with tar road footpaths and gardens with lawns very unique and beautiful area in Dili BBQ chicken on a stick sold close by and small local shops Spare bedroom in upstairs apartment is shared with me the guests have a separate bedroom with aircon, own en-suite hot water. Shared lounge room with TV DVD player for movies or music , a very large kitchen dinning and living area, fully equipped kitchen ,gas oven and electricity oven ,large fridge linnen cooking implements crockery and cutlery. Beautiful patio sitting area flowers and plants in abundance. Plus a big friendly dog and two cats and some local small friendly bees. The upstairs apartment is your space the balcony is shared and I care for the plants I live downstairs apartment so available for help or questions if needed I enjoy showing guests around Dili and introducing them to local events Beside the Comoro river between the two bridges not far from the Timor Plaza or the airport safe and secure locked yard with a high fence Taxi or close to microlets go to front gate door to Timor Plaza around the city and short drive to airport A large friendly dog and two friendly cats
