Only 25 minutes by train from the airport! My place is just steps away from trendy West 25th St in Ohio City which offers amazing restaurants, art, culture, and close proximity to the Huntington Convention Center, Museums, Sports, & Attractions in the city. The cozy European design makes it perfect for couples, business people or vacationers! Just a block away, you can enjoy the historic West Side Market, Great Lakes Brewery, Dave's Super Market, Mitchell’s Ice Cream Factory, and so much more! The downstairs is an open concept living space with 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms for more privacy. The Room : Guests will enjoy this unique European inspired private room in the main floor, which includes 1 queen bed with clean, luxurious bedding and a comfortable memory foam bed and pillows. Bathrooms: There are 3 full bathrooms available for you to use. There are two bathrooms on the main floor and one upstairs. The Kitchens: You will have full access to two clean, spacious, and well equipped modern kitchens, perfect for preparing meals or snacks. The Living Rooms : The house also has two separate shared living rooms, each with a 70" Smart 4K TV and very comfortable furniture. You’ll also find an assortment of magazines, menus, and other reading materials about the area, to help you find more great places to explore in Cleveland. Laundry room: Our laundry room is available for every guest to use between 9AM-10PM. Outdoor Spaces: If you need to get some fresh air after a long day of sight-seeing or work, you will enjoy sitting on the large wrap-around porch or enjoying the privacy of the backyard slate patio, which includes a gas grill for your use. As my guest you will have access to both living rooms with 70” televisions, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and the laundry room. Please feel free to explore and make yourself at home in any of the common spaces! Since these are shared spaces, I kindly ask you to please be respectful with each other. Quiet hours will be in place from 10pm-8am to allow guests to sleep comfortably without interruption. No parties will be allowed in the home. Please clean up after yourself and keep things organized, so you and the other guests can enjoy a nice stay. To help keep things clean and tidy, I ask that shoes be removed before walking on the carpeted areas upstairs. The Jay House is located in popular and trendy Ohio city, located just west of Downtown Cleveland. It’s a safe, quiet urban neighborhood centered on the main strip of West 25th Street. It offers everything you’ll need for an enjoyable stay! My home is just steps away from high-end cocktail bars, gourmet restaurants, super markets, the famous Mitchell’s Ice Cream Factory, local breweries and much more! Entertainment , Shopping, and Dining : The Jay House is in an awesome location! It’s a 1 minute walk to Dave’s Supermarket, 5 minutes to the Historic West Side Market, and only 3 minutes from the amazing Town Hall restaurant , 3 famous local Breweries, and so much more! Take in the breathtaking night time views of Downtown Cleveland as you cross the beautiful Hope Memorial Bridge. It’s an easy 20-30 minute walk to Downtown Cleveland , the Quicken Loans Arena, Progressive Field, Casinos, Playhouse Square Theater, Huntington Convention Center, and many other attractions. The Jay House is also very close to several public transit options. There is a bus stop just outside on the corner of Jay and West 25th, a rail station just a 5 minute walk away, and of course, Uber & Lyft are available as well. You’re also only minutes, by car or public transit, from The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and Edgewater Park Beach. It’s an awesome location that puts you right in the middle of things, but gives you the cozy feeling of a friendly neighborhood! You don't need a car to enjoy your stay in Cleveland. Downtown is in walking distance (20-30 mins) or you can take advantage of Cleveland’s public transit system. There is a bus stop steps away at the corner of Jay Avenue and West 25th or you can walk 5 minutes to the RTA station for a train that can take you to all of the amazing attractions the Cleveland area has to offer, including The Flats, the Downtown Theater District, sports stadiums, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, plus so many more! You can also rent bikes in multiple places near the house or have Uber/Lyft pick you up right out front! The RTA Red Line also provides quick and convenient access to and from Cleveland’s Hopkins International Airport. My goal has always been to create an inviting space for my guests, who come from all over the world, to interact and get to know each other if they so choose. Most of my guests use their bedroom only for sleeping, as they spend most of their waking hours working, relaxing in the shared living spaces, or enjoying all of the nearby local attractions! I work hard to make each guest feel special, and a part of that is being available to you while you are visiting!
