Decks abound and welcome relaxation and fun. The Great Room is meant to be a welcoming place to hang out with friends & family, cook, sip margaritas or cool cervezas. When the wind picks up, you can go straight down to the beach for a kite or wind surfing session and your friends can watch you from the Casa :0) or take a siesta if that's their inclination. There is a very large, private beach bodega with plenty of room to store all of your gear. It also comes complete with two inflatable SUPs, a two-person kayak and a boogie board for you to use while staying at the casa. There is a Private Master Suite that takes up the entire second floor. The Master Suite has a California King bed, private deck, shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms downstairs, each with private bathroom including a shower & toilet. The North Bedroom has two Queen Beds and the South Bedroom has one California King bed. Guests rent the entire Casa including the private Beach Bodega for gear storage (kite/windsurfing gear, etc) during their stay. A two person kayak is also yours to use. You will be renting the house exclusively. I am happy to answer any questions you have about the area, but I won't be staying there with you :) My rates are set for two people renting the house. If you have a different sized party, please contact me. Also, I may consider trades from time to time (looking mostly for a week in Lake Tahoe in the summer). There is nobody between you and water! El Sargento Heights is gorgeous and a little quieter than La Ventana. The kiting from our beach is fantastic. A lot of locals call the beach in front of our house "Rasta Beach". Plenty of private, fenced-in parking right at the house. The beach and bodega can be accessed down the path from the main deck of the house or via the arroyo right next to the house. There is an excellent grocery store just 1 mile from the house. There is a local caretaker for house emergencies. Full information is at the house in our information binder.
