You can see Shang rila and Megamall from the bedroom and the Rizal mountains on the other side. It is a one bedroom of 32 sq. m and is newly furnished and well equipped. When you're able to make your reservation, my brother-in-law, Bong will be your go-to person. He will facilitate all your requests and inquiries and meet you at the building on your check-in date. Shaw blvd has blossomed to be a thriving busy street with the influx of diverse businesses and activities spilling from the overcrowded Makati, Pasig and Quezon city neighborhoods. Restaurants, shopping malls and grocery stores are the main attraction. The condominium is beside the Wack Wack golf range that gives it a sense of serenity away from the chaos of Edsa and the noise of the MRT, yet close enough to walk it, if you can brave the heat. Otherwise a cab or Grab ride is a drop in the bucket. If you are here for work, you’ll love its proximity to the business districts of Ortigas and Makati, which are just a bus or train ride away. It’s also close to commercial hubs as well as public transport systems like the MRT and shuttle services. Going to and from your work is now easier! Public transportation is accessible. Jeepneys on Shaw blvd., tricycle on Samat st. and walking distance is the MRT on Shaw blvd. The best and most convenient way is still Grab and cab for a drop in the bucket. Here are the requirements of the condo admin for the interested foreigner or local renters: 1. Minimum of 2 days stay. 2. Valid Government ID or passport to be submitted before check-in. Extra guests staying overnight is $5/night/person and must submit admin requirements. The swimming pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday. There is a charge for pool use. Please ask Bong for assistance. Some of the facilities are not functioning yet so you may need to dispose of your trash in a designated trash area. There is paid parking at the WWC and it is only a few mins walk from the condo. There are blackout curtains in the rooms but if you are not used to city noise and is sensitive to tropical sunshine in the morning, there could be potential for traffic noise during rush hours so we recommend that you wear an eye mask and earplugs when you sleep. We also provide that for free in the condo.
