Sleeping arrangements include two KING memory mattresses with water views, and a Bunk bed (twin-over-full) in the 3rd bedroom. Main living area has a newly-purchased Natuzzi Queen-size leather Sofa-sleeper to accommodate that last-minute spontaneous guest! Guests can access everything in the condo and garage, including all the beach equipment provided. BBQ and outdoor dining patio are also for the guests' shared use. We live only a ten-minute drive away, so we are available for anything that is needed, but are happy to leave the guests to enjoy their quiet time if that is their preference as well. South Mission Beach is a popular beach neighborhood that attracts surfers and global traveler's year round. Our beaches are interlinked by a series of paved bike paths that easily connect to Mission Bay and Downtown San Diego. At the center of Mission Beach is Belmont Park, a small amusement park with a landmark wooden roller coaster built in 1925. Take a stroll on our famous Boardwalk and relax at one of our casual sidewalk cafés. Only minutes away is SeaWorld which is famous for its water parks. With its 'Perfect Beach' location, ride share (ie., Uber, Lyft) is an affordable and easy way to get to anywhere in the San Diego area. There is a convenience market for those immediate necessities within walking distance, as well as restaurants, taco shops, bars, karaoke, ice cream shops, and even a historic amusement park. If you have a car, this unit has an assigned 1-car garage, and there are additional Free community parking areas just 40 yards away.
