The studio is located on the roof top of a rare and beautiful historical 1920 Lebanese building. The 30m2 is very luminous, it includes one queen size bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 90m2 terrace with a panoramic view of Beirut ( sea, mountains, neighborhood ) and has been recently renovated using material from old traditional houses that were demolished. My place and terrace are all yours :) take care of it as if it was your home too I live in the same building, I am reachable by cell phone 24/7 and I would love to help you plan of your holiday/help you get around. (I speak English, French, & Arabic) The studio is located on the main street of Mar Mikhael (coolest part of Beirut, surrounded with historical houses & the trendiest restaurants and pubs ,(therefore it could be noisy at times specially on weekends), as well as art galleries, designers shops ,coffee shops, book shops .( small supermarkets, a pharmacy, bakeries ..) you don't need a car, you can walk easily everywhere. 5 minutes drive to Downtown and Beirut souks, Gemmayzeh . 10 minutes to Monot or Sassine.20 minutes drive to Hamra.30 minutes drive to the Airport. Taxi station around the corner, Taxis in the street at all hours, bus, uber. Please confirm check-in times & key exchange after booking and contact Airbnb within 24 hours of arrival if you encounter something unexpected. Your reservation is confirmed for a set number of people.Please check with me before inviting additional visitors. The studio is powered by generator during Beirut's power outages so you will receive 24hr electricity. But electricity in the area cuts for 3 hours a day. During this period the elevator, ac & microwave won't work.The 3 hour time slot with no electricity changes daily on a rotating basis according to a schedule that is provided to you. it happens only during day time 3hours between 6:am to 6:pm. please note that to access the roof top studio you have to take steel stairs (not safe for children and elders) no loud music late at night Bbq/gatherings on the roof is allowed Be considerate & respectful to the neighbors No illegal stuffs suitable for pets only on the terrace Water the plants please Smoking is allowed on the terrace but not in the studio(please close the windows/doors when smoking outside). Toilet paper must be thrown in the bin. Please do not leave unwashed dishes, and leave the bed sheets & towels in the laundry basket. Check out around 12:00 Treat the studio as if it were your own home. Should any problems happen during your stay, call me immediately so I have a chance to fix it!
