Just read my reviews for proof of what a hidden gem my apt is! My warm and sunny, relaxed-vibed apt is in the heart of SoHo, right under the ‘red’ dot on the map of Hong Kong! My apt oozes chic, urban, hip and all is contained in my spacious studio apartment on lower Elgin st, and in Hong Kong's most sought after location. You will enjoy a long expanse of sunny windows to view the street life below. I don't live there, so it's all yours, 100% with lots of space and privacy for relaxing after absorbing Hong Kong's lifestyle. I'm not far away though if you need advice on where to eat, shop, browse, climb, swim, sail, surf, or party. Step downstairs to absorb the undeniably and very friendly vibe below on the cobblestoned street of lower Elgin. SoHo is also the oldest neighbourhood in Hong Kong. What awaits you downstairs is an array of delicious restaurants, galleries, cafes, bars, eclectic boutiques, wet markets, all standing the test of time in this pulsating metropolis we call home. Don’t forget your camera! You will easily see why SoHo is undeniably Hong Kong’s most charming, colourful, cosmopolitan and pulsating neighborhoods. My apt is incredibly, perfectly situated to everything you will need for your stay here! Just a few minutes walk down to Central MTR and Sheung Wan MTR and is just one minutes walk to the worlds longest escalator. It is also a 4minute walk to central, the IFC, the HK Airport Express and all ferry piers which depart to the outlying islands. It is just a 10minute walk to the Macau Ferry Terminal and the Western Market. My apartment has possibly one of Hong Kong’s most spacious bathrooms with a lovely slate tiled floor, beaming with natural light, as is the main open studio-type area. I have heating and air-con, a dehumidifier, very fast WIFI, a quaint kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, a nice comfortable bed with reading light, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, a hugely comfortable couch, a massive white desk, tons of art-filled walls, black out blinds for weary long-haul travellers, and probably the largest storage/wardrobe space you could ever want to fill. My apt ideally suits an individual or a couple who want to be close to step into the buzz of Hong Kong! The long, green sofa is a treat to snooze on, or sleep on if you have an extra friend/child with you. I also have a fold out bed if you need. Corner shops, restaurants, temples (outside my back door) bars, Boutiques, galleries, supermarkets, banks, Seven 11’s, Laundry, wet markets for fresh fruit and veg are all less than 2 minutes walk away. Walking is fastest as my apt is a fest of visual delights and is in a fantastic location for taking photos. My apt is a 1 minute walk from the worlds longest escalator. Mini buses, buses, taxis, MTR, and the ferries are all from 1 min walk to 5 min walk away from my super conveniently located apt. The humidifier keeps my apt dry so please do use it. My very strong aircon will keep you cool over the hot summer months and my heater takes the bite out of my apt during winter months. The kitchen is equipped to make meals, but with so much choice on your doorstep, you may just be re-heating leftovers or making breakfast! I have a toaster, mini oven, and very fast WIFI.
