Welcome to our pink paradise (25 minutes outside of Palm Springs). The Palm Baum is perfect for you and your 5 adults (no kiddos), whether you're celebrating a birthday, (small) bachelorette, or a romantic couples’ getaway. Find yourself at a pink tiled hot tub, or surrounded by pink flamingo wallpaper and gold chandeliers. This three bedroom gram-worthy gem is tucked away on a quiet remote rural street, off the beaten path in B-bar-H Ranch. Sip your morning coffee while looking out at the San Jacinto mountains. Partake in a game of chess (hot pink vs millennial pink). Soak in a saltwater hot tub or take a dip in the (unheated, very cold) pool. Spin vinyl on the record player (Yes, there's Dirty Dancing and Drake). Binge-watch your favorite shows on Hulu and Netflix (2 smart TVs). Or book our massage therapist Haley for an at home session (message me for deets). While the house is remote from nightlife, you can go out and explore Palm Springs, a 25 minute drive away. If you're looking to be in the action, we recommend that you book a place in downtown Palm Springs. But if you don't mind a remote oasis, the Palm Baum will be perfect for you and your crew. Things to note: The house is 25 minutes outside of Palm Springs. Desert Hot Springs can be very windy! It’s why we have wind farms nearby. Please be prepared. We have a VIDEO camera facing the drive-away, ensuring that the guest count remains 6 (NO EXCEPTIONS). You will lose your deposit if you break this rule. The neighbor’s dogs occasionally bark. Their bird happens to bark too. You can meet the bird upon request. The pool is unheated and is cold throughout the year (except summer) The spa runs on propane. (Please turn the hot tub off when not using it. 6 hours a day max.) The fireplace is decorative. The house is in a rural type neighborhood. You are responsible for keeping the house in the same condition as you left it. You will be charged for damages including staining sheets or duvet covers with makeup or self-tanner. If you go swimming, there is no sitting on the indoor furniture wet, especially on the couch as the saltwater will stain it. Please dry off completely or you will be charged additional steam cleaning fees. No kids. (Please don't ask). No pets. No smoking in the house. No parties. (Only for you and your 5 guests). No professional photo shoots for profit of any kind - (only for additional location fee, must have prior approval) No fires allowed. No fireworks or sparklers. All fun. Please be kind and respect the belongings in the home. They were thoughtfully picked out for all my guest's enjoyment. So that you can have a wonderful experience. You can park in the driveway. My wonderful property manager Melissa will be there to show you around, and answer any questions or in case anything comes up. She is also the direct neighbor. So heads up! The house is situated in B-bar-H Ranch. It's quiet. It's rural. It's somewhat on a residential street. And it's 25 minutes away from Palm Springs. I personally love it, but if you're looking to be in the action, you might want to choose something closer to Palm Springs. Uber and Lyft are available. The Palm Springs International airport is only a 16 minute drive from the home. And flying there directly is amazing. I recommend renting a car to go exploring.
