Two of the bedrooms open onto balconies which are an ideal place for enjoying a morning coffee or tea in private, before putting on your swimsuit and jumping into the pool. The third bedroom is twin but can be made as double for three couples staying at the villa. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. Pets - allowed Smoking - allowed The check in takes place at our central reception at the address Ivana Matijaševića 14, Dubrovnik, where you need to come first to collect the keys, register and get some useful information. The check in time is from 3 pm for apartments and from 5 pm for houses and villas. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before the official check in time time and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants.
