It consists of two six story buildings with elevators and has a fully staffed front desk and an activity director in the lobby. The beach fronting the property is excellent for calming ocean views, beautiful sunsets and is popular with windsurfers during the summer months and whale watching during the winter. Our beautiful condo at Kauhale Makai is the perfect place to come enjoy all that Maui has to offer. The second floor condo has tile floor throughout, tile shower, new furnishings and is in immaculate condition. We are within 5 minutes of the world famous Kamaole I, II, and III beaches and are within 10 minutes of beautiful Wailea and the upscale 'Shops at Wailea' shopping center. Come stay with us! EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT FEES Due to the island being extremely busy and our housekeeping staff currently very busy with multiple units we are giving the staff time to ensure the unit is ready for the next guest. If you require an early check-in or late check-out there will be an additional fee. Both are charged at $75/each.
